Silulumanzi provides the following services:

1. Water Services
   Abstractions of raw water from various sources, treatment/purification of raw water into drinking water standard, distribution of treated water through transmission and distribution network to domestic and industrial or commercial customers.
    
2. Wastewater Services
   Collections of wastewater from domestic and industrial or commercial customers through a sewerage system, treatment of wastewater to meet the environmental standard and discharging the treated wastewater back into the river.
    
3. Laboratory Services
   Sampling and testing of water and wastewater to ensure compliance with national standards.
    
4. Treatment of Industrial Effluent
   Monitoring and treatment of industrial discharge into the sewer network.
    
5. Customer Services and Care
   Attending to customer needs and help providing resolutions to problems experienced by customers.

System Description
The Nelspruit, Kanyamazane and Matsulu Systems are fed from the Crocodile River which originates in Dullstroom.  Each of the towns has their own water purification works that uses conventional treatment processes (coagulation / flocculation / sedimentation / filtration /disinfection).  The combined designed capacity of the works is 107 MLD. There are currently a total of 49 elevated reservoirs that feed the distribution system and a total of 48 tanks ranging between 5,000 and 10,000 litres holding capacity. The total capacity to the reservoirs and holdings tanks is 119,690m³.

All three towns has its own customer service centre and depot from where all operations are managed. All water and sewer disruptions are dealt with 24 hours per day.
