For the services provided by Silulumanzi, customers pay certain tariffs as determined by Mbombela Local Municipality. The tariffs are adjusted annually, and it normally is applicable from 1st July of each year for a period of 12-month period until the next tariff adjustment takes place.
Monthly Charges These charges are applicable for water and wastewater services provision, calculated based on the amount of water consumed by customers in a particular month.
