Sembcorp Silulumanzi has a Customer Care Office in each of the area it services. Customers can visit our customer care office during office hours in Mbombela City, Kanyamazane and Matsulu for any queries about our services, including their accounts and payments.
Each Customer Care Office has dedicated Customer Liaison Officers who deal with customers on typical queries, such as:
- Application of New Connection (Water and Sewer)
- Walk-in Complaints (water, sewer, billing, etc).
- General Queries and Report.
Our Cashiers and Credit Control Officer are also available in these offices to help with payments and disconnections or reconnections matters.
Sembcorp Silulumanzi can also be contacted out side of office hours through standby numbers available for each service area. Our dedicated standby team is on alert on a 24-hr basis to help customers with urgent matters related to water and wastewater services we provide.
