To assist employees to assist employees maintain their health and well-being, Silulumanzi engaged the services of Careways as one of the strategies to reduce human capital risks and boost productivity, as well as communication methods that effectively engage employees to make a good health care and lifestyle decisions, in a context where companies, and the society in general, are facing social, economic, and financial challenges and constraints.

Annual Medical Assessments

Silulumanzi takes their duty of care towards their employees seriously, and this includes understanding what risks prospective and existing employees might have.

Hence the appointment of a service provider to conduct annual medical assessments to manage risks in the workplace with the aim of avoiding illnesses and injuries to employees exposed to hazardous chemicals, environments, and workplace adverse conditions.
