ABOUT US
On a daily basis, Silulumanzi provides delivery of 120 million litres of safe drinking water to satisfy the thirst and needs of approximately 400 000 people. Silulumanzi has played a critical role in alleviating unemployment, skilling persons and thereby contributing to the local economy. We are committed to the vision of the City of Mbombela, to achieve the goal of being the ultimate destination! Conserving Water! Sustaining Lives.
PROCUREMENT
Goods and services, including construction works and consultant services shall be procured through the range of procurement processes.
CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
To ensure a focused approach to empowerment, Silulumanzi gives back to its community through its policy that is aimed at facilitating the procurement of goods and services from Black-owned entities, promotion of entrepreneurship in historically disadvantaged communities and promoting participation of new business entrants in the water sector.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Frequent coaching, mentoring, and training to cater for succession planning is given to employees to promote and maintain leadership, continuity, and expertise in defined vital positions. Silulumanzi believes in growing talent from within the organisation through accelerated development interventions.
